Today I got back on to my eliptical trainer for 20 minutes, I managed to go 2,000 strides which is equal to one km. Slowly but surely, we'll get there :) Can I tell you how sore my legs were after just 20 minutes??? I hope it gets easier soon.
As we wait for our daughters, us mommies in waiting have decided that combined we will walk the length of the Great Wall of China to lose weight and be in shape when we receive our referrals. Join us as we walk our way to our healthier selves.
