O.k. girls count me in. Which way to Beijing though????
I guess I'm going to need one of thoes pedometer thingies. I have no idea how many steps I take in a day or while I'm going for my "stress relieving" walks.
I'm really looking forward to getting into better shape (any shape really, other than round) and dropping some weight. I believe this is my year for a lot of things but most importantly my health.
So here's to us girls and lets walk, walk, walk.
