Sorry, Tracey, I'm back now - but I suppose you will be a little busier now! Anyway I have 12 kms for the past week and I think I could conservatively guess 20 km for other exercise I have had since I last posted = 32 kms!
As we wait for our daughters, us mommies in waiting have decided that combined we will walk the length of the Great Wall of China to lose weight and be in shape when we receive our referrals. Join us as we walk our way to our healthier selves.
