Another (painful!) 5 km for me! Unfortunately aerobics just isn't doing a thing for the 10 lbs I'd really like to lose so this afternoon I dug out my running shoes & hit the pavement. I HATE running, but it does seem to work the best for me.
As we wait for our daughters, us mommies in waiting have decided that combined we will walk the length of the Great Wall of China to lose weight and be in shape when we receive our referrals. Join us as we walk our way to our healthier selves.
